These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CueVault browser extension, the cuevault.dev website, and related services (together, "CueVault", "we", "us"). By installing or using CueVault, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use CueVault.

CueVault is a browser extension that lets you bookmark specific moments in YouTube videos, automatically generates a short AI title and summary for each moment, and lets you search and revisit your saved moments later. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use CueVault. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
CueVault works anonymously by default — no account required. You may optionally sign in with Google to associate your library with an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

Pro fair-use policy. "Unlimited" refers to the size of your saved library — there is no cap on how many moments you can keep. To keep the service sustainable, Pro includes a fair-use limit of up to 300 new saves per calendar month (the limit resets at the start of each month). The overwhelming majority of users never approach this. If you reach it, you can still browse, search, and use your full existing library; you'll simply be asked to wait until the next month to add more new saves. We may adjust the fair-use limit with reasonable notice.
Prices are shown on cuevault.dev and at checkout and may change for future billing periods; we'll give existing subscribers reasonable notice of any increase.
Payments for CueVault Pro are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles the transaction, applicable taxes, and your payment details; CueVault never sees or stores your card information.
Some features may be described as "coming soon" (for example, cross-device cloud sync). These are roadmap items, not guarantees, and are not part of what you are paying for today. We may add, change, or discontinue features over time.
The moments you save (timestamps, transcript excerpts, and the AI titles/summaries generated for you) are yours. You can export or delete them at any time. CueVault, including its software, design, and brand, is owned by us; these Terms grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use it, not any ownership of it.
CueVault works with YouTube but is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google. You are responsible for using CueVault in accordance with YouTube's and Google's own terms of service.
CueVault is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI-generated titles and summaries may contain errors and should not be relied upon as accurate, complete, or as professional advice. Transcript availability depends on the source video and may not always work.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CueVault and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or moments. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using CueVault and uninstall the extension at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms (for example, abuse or unlawful use). You can request deletion of your server-side data at any time per our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, announced in the extension or on the website. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bangalore, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
